Dubai: The Board of Directors of Mada Media Company PJSC, chaired by Mattar Al Tayer, has approved the appointment of Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
According to Emirates News Agency, Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi brings over 15 years of professional experience in commercial investment, strategic planning, and transformative initiatives across both public and private sectors. His career highlights include his role as Director of Commercial and Investment at the Strategy and Corporate Governance Sector at Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), where he spearheaded key projects such as the IPOs of Dubai Taxi and Parking companies.
Al Hammadi has also contributed to Emirates NBD by managing international investment portfolios and developing tailored investment solutions. His strategic vision and results-oriented approach have led to impactful contributions throughout his career. Mattar Al Tayer, in his comments on the appointment, expressed confidence that Al Hammadi's leadership and managerial expertise would be crucial in advancing the Company's vision.
Mohammed Ali Al Hammadi expressed gratitude to the Chairman and the Board for the opportunity, stating his optimism about the role and the Company's future prospects. He emphasized his intention to streamline operations in organizing, operating, and developing the advertising industry, as well as issuing permits through a unified portal in line with relevant legislation in the emirate.
Mada Media Company was established under Law No. (20) of 2024, issued by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of Dubai, Vice President and Prime Minister. The Law grants the company legal personality, financial, and administrative independence. Executive Council Resolution No. (79) of 2024, issued by H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, approves the Company's Articles of Association.
Additionally, Executive Council Resolution No. (80) of 2024 appointed the Board of Directors for Mada Media Company PJSC. This includes Chairman Mattar Al Tayer and Vice Chairman Hussain Mohamed Al Banna, along with other board members. The objectives of Mada Media Company PJSC include overseeing advertising sites, ensuring their readiness for licensed advertisers, enforcing relevant legislation, and fulfilling legal procedures as specified in the Articles of Association.
