According to Emirates News Agency, the Dubai International Baja, organized by the Emirates Motorsports Organization (EMSO) from November 5 to 8, will be held under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. The event serves as the final round for both the FIA World Baja Cup and FIA Middle East Baja Cup, as well as the penultimate round of the FIM Bajas World Cup.

Portugal's Francisco Barreto leads the championship, with South Africa's Saood Variawa and the Netherlands' Mitchel van den Brink still in the race for the title. Meanwhile, the SSV competition will feature Emirati Mansour Al-Helei, who aims to clinch the world title against Argentina's Fernando Álvarez and Norway's Hedda Hosås.

In addition to the individual titles, the FIA World Baja Cup Teams Championship sees R-X Sport in a close battle with South Racing Can-Am. The competitive lineup includes notable drivers such as Qatar's Nasser Al-Attiyah and Saudi Arabia's Majed Al-Thunayyan, both of whom have recently secured titles in their respective categories.

The event will kick off with a Prologue stage at Mushrif National Park, providing free access to spectators, before moving to the Al Qudra desert for the main stages. Dubai Festival City will serve as the hub for the ceremonial start and finish, uniting competitors, teams, and spectators for an exciting motorsport spectacle.
