Dubai: Dubai Chambers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Keeta, an on-demand delivery platform supported by global technology leader Meituan, to enhance the growth and market access of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) throughout Dubai. This agreement aligns with the emirate’s vision to strengthen its position as a foremost global hub for entrepreneurship and the digital economy.
According to Emirates News Agency, the collaboration represents a mutual commitment to bolstering the entrepreneurial landscape in Dubai by enabling SMEs to benefit from expanded customer reach, business expertise, and technology-driven solutions that facilitate brand scaling in the current commercial environment.
The MoU outlines that companies within Dubai Chambers will receive tailored advantages on the Keeta platform, such as preferential commercial incentives, streamlined onboarding processes, improved in-app discoverability, and specialised training programmes focusing on menu optimisation, pricing strategies, and delivery excellence. These benefits aim to enhance customer experience and bolster the growth potential for these companies.
Additionally, the initiative will introduce a Dubai Chambers SME badge on the Keeta platform to boost brand recognition for participating businesses and encourage customers to explore new and homegrown concepts.
