Dubai: Dubai Internet City, a division of TECOM Group PJSC, has entered into a strategic partnership with the Skolkovo Foundation, which is part of VEB.RF Group, to promote innovation and facilitate knowledge exchange.
According to Emirates News Agency, the partnership establishes a roadmap for collaboratively exploring new cooperation avenues and expanding markets for innovative tech companies and start-ups. This agreement is aligned with Dubai Internet City's objective of strengthening the digital economy and was signed during GITEX Global, taking place in Dubai from 13th to 17th October 2025.
Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President of Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, stated that this partnership with the Skolkovo Foundation reaffirms Dubai Internet City's commitment to fostering an innovation ecosystem that enhances the global digital economy.
Timur Kornilov, Managing Director for Strategic International Partnership, Knowledge and Technology Transfer at the Skolkovo Foundation, highlighted that the partnership with Dubai Internet City provides Skolkovo's innovative companies with tangible opportunities to enter the Middle East market. This includes practical support for launching pilot projects and establishing sustainable export channels.
