Abu Dhabi:Spot gold prices saw a modest increase on Friday.

According to Emirates News Agency, spot gold rose by 0.3% to $4,147.77 per ounce after reaching a two-month low earlier in the week on Wednesday. U.S. gold futures for December delivery also experienced an uptick, climbing 0.4% to $4,172.70.

In addition to gold, other precious metals also saw gains. Silver increased by 0.5% to $59.62 per ounce, platinum rose by 1.4% to $1,656.30, and palladium advanced 1.1% to $1,135.25.
