Ras Al Khaimah:H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, held a meeting with Zeng Jixin, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to the United Arab Emirates, and Ou Boqian, Consul-General of the People's Republic of China in Dubai and the Northern Emirates. The meeting took place at Sheikh Saud's palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City.

According to Wam, the discussions included the recently signed friendship agreement between Ras Al Khaimah and China's Fujian Province. Additionally, the parties explored potential developments in relations with Guangdong Province.

The meeting also focused on ways to enhance cooperation between Ras Al Khaimah and China in various fields. The diplomats exchanged views on several issues of mutual interest, underscoring the importance of the strong bilateral relations.

Ambassador Zeng Jixin and Consul-General Ou Boqian expressed their gratitude to Sheikh Saud for his warm hospitality. They commended the robust UAE-China relations and the ongoing development within Ras Al Khaimah.
