UAE President Discusses Bilateral Cooperation with King of Bahrain in Strategic Meeting

Uae: UAE President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met today with His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in the presence of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The meeting underscored the enduring fraternal ties between the UAE and Bahrain.

According to Emirates News Agency, the leaders engaged in discussions aimed at enhancing bilateral cooperation. They explored ways to strengthen ties in alignment with both countries' development priorities and shared interests, focusing on the prosperity and well-being of their peoples. The meeting also included exchanges on several regional and international issues of mutual interest, reflecting a shared commitment to collaboration on these fronts.

The meeting was attended by prominent figures including His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai. Other notable attendees were His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Development and Fallen Heroes' Affairs, and His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Court for Special Affairs.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, and His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoon Al Nahyan, Adviser to the UAE President, were also present, along with a number of ministers and senior officials. From Bahrain, His Highness Lieutenant General Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, National Security Adviser, Secretary General of the Supreme Defence Council, and Commander of the Bahrain Royal Guard, attended the meeting.
