DUBAI, Zayed University (ZU) has announced their participation in the Global Education and Training Exhibition 2022 (GETEX), which will be held at the Sheikh Rashid Hall – Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from 24th to 26th February.
The exhibition is held under the patronage of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
During their participation in the international event, which runs under the theme “Empowering Youth”, university members were keen to provide advice and guidance to all visitors to the Zayed University pavilion (No. D200), and their inquiries related to study materials and programmes presented during the next semester.
They were also briefed on the registration process and clarifying the terms and conditions for obtaining scholarships.
ZU members have also indicated that the programmes offered for the next semester are designed in a way that helps students actively engage in the workforce through interactive and interdisciplinary education, which is key to establish a culture of innovation in academic subjects to hone their leadership skills in the future and keep pace with the nation’s future strategies in employing advanced sciences in the field of scientific research and development.
Zayed University offers four new academic courses for bachelor’s degrees for fall 2022: BS Business Transformation, BS Computational Systems, BS Social Innovation, and BS Sustainability.
On the sidelines of the participation, Zayed University invites all talented students in art and design to participate in an Art and Design Competition that will continue until 7th March in the following fields: animation design, graphic design, interior design, multimedia design and visual arts. The winner will get a prize worth AED15,000.
