Abu dhabi: ADGM Academy (ADGMA), the knowledge arm of ADGM, marked its 7th anniversary by playing a central role in this year's Abu Dhabi Finance Week (ADFW) with the event 'Bridging Knowledge and Building the Nation'. The event featured activities aimed at empowering the national workforce and included 'Pitch at the Capital', which highlighted the Academy's investment in entrepreneurial initiatives. During the event, ADGMA reiterated its commitment to the UAE National Agenda of 2031 by signing multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with leading entities, showcasing its dedication to advancing national talent and future skills.
According to Emirates News Agency, the programme demonstrated the collective effort of ADGMA and its partners to advance the national workforce and celebrate individuals shaping the future of the UAE's talent landscape. Since its inception, ADGMA has contributed significantly to national human capital development, training over 9,500 individuals, supporting more than 6,000 job opportunities, graduating 3,000 in soft skills programmes, and fostering a growing number of Emirati entrepreneurs through Academy-led initiatives.
International universities such as INSEAD and Columbia Business School participated in the event, each announcing 10 scholarships to commemorate the occasion and enhance national leadership skills in various fields.
