Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) received 6,292 online inquiries via its 'Estafser' digital platform during the first quarter of 2025, marking the platform's effectiveness as a direct communication channel between customers and relevant departments.
According to Emirates News Agency, the platform is part of the Judicial Department's digital transformation strategy, enabling customers to submit inquiries quickly via the website or smart application. This facilitates communication with relevant departments and addresses questions related to various judicial and notary services.
Indicators showed that 97 percent of inquiries were answered within one working day, totaling 6,100 inquiries. The response rate increased to 99 percent within three working days, demonstrating the work teams' ability to efficiently manage the growing volume of requests.
These results emphasize the readiness of the Judicial Department's digital infrastructure and the efficiency of its teams in meeting customer needs. The platform's performance reflects the department's commitment to offering innovative solutions for easy access to information and enhancing interaction with customers.
