Alain: An Abu Dhabi-based asset management company, ALAIN, has achieved a Guinness World Records title for the 'Highest Running Track on a Building', officially certified by Guinness World Records on 11th June 2026.

This development is part of ALAIN's initiative to enhance residents' experiences by promoting wellness, active living, and community engagement within urban settings.

The recent achievement marks ALAIN's third Guinness World Records title. Previously, the company was recognized for the 'Highest Outdoor Infinity Pool in the World' and the 'Highest Occupiable Skybridge Floor' at the Address Beach Resort in Dubai, UAE. These titles underscore the company's commitment to innovation and its aim to create distinctive experiences that add value to the assets it develops, owns, and manages.

He emphasized that the highest running track on a building reflects the company's dedication to innovation and the belief that real estate should offer more than just physical spaces. By developing memorable outdoor experiences that promote wellness and active living, ALAIN integrates unique features into its assets, creating places that inspire, engage, and enhance everyday life. This achievement underscores the company's ongoing focus on delivering high-quality developments and destinations that stand out in the market.

In celebration of this milestone, ALAIN launched a campaign film showcasing the record-setting track and the experience it provides. The film features Yahya Al Ghassani, winger for Shabab Al Ahli Club and the United Arab Emirates national football team, as one of the first individuals to utilize the track following its official certification. The film captures the spirit of ambition, movement, and achievement that defines the record. It is part of ALAIN's broader campaign to celebrate this achievement and will be shared across the company's digital and social media platforms starting from 16th June 2026.
