Rescue and ambulance teams at Civil Defense Directorate in eastern Amman on Thursday rushed to deal with a house gas leak in Amman’s Jabal Naser neigborhood, after a gas cylinder exploded, causing some walls and the roof to collapse. In a statement on Thursday, the media spokesperson for Public Security Directorate (PSD) said the cylinder explosion wounded a person, adding that ambulance teams provided the necessary first aid to the injured, who was transferred to Al-Bashir Governmental Hospital to receive medical treatment, and an investigation was launched into the case.
