New york: Dr. Hamad Buamim, Chairman of the Board of DMCC, announced that the centre aims to attract more than 2000 new companies in 2025, leveraging Dubai's ongoing growth as a global business hub.
According to Emirates News Agency, Buamim made this statement while speaking on the sidelines of the Dubai Business Forum - USA in New York. He highlighted that the centre is achieving growth in line with other major sectors in Dubai, with company registrations at DMCC surpassing 26,000. This milestone underscores the strengthened confidence in Dubai's business environment.
Buamim further noted that the centre is on track to conclude the current year with over 2000 new companies, having already added more than 1000 firms in the first half of the year. This expansion is part of DMCC's broader strategy to attract businesses by capitalizing on Dubai's strategic position as a gateway to global markets such as Africa, the Middle East, India, and China.
Dr. Hamad Buamim emphasized that DMCC plays a pivotal role within an integrated economic ecosystem that enhances the UAE's status as a global centre for business and innovation.
