Dubai: Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO) - the special economic zone for knowledge and innovation and a member of the DIEZ Authority (DIEZ), has unveiled the agenda and speakers list for the upcoming Doers Summit, formerly known as Reflect Festival, one of Europe's leading startup and tech events.
According to Emirates News Agency, the summit, held in partnership with The Doers Company, will mark its first Middle East edition at Dubai Digital Park within Dubai Silicon Oasis from 26th to 27th November 2025. It aims to connect over 3,000 participants with venture capital funds and ecosystem leaders across the region, facilitating cross-border collaboration and access to capital. The unique attendee composition includes 50 percent founders, 20 percent investors, and 30 percent operators.
The summit will be inaugurated by a keynote address from Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, Minister of Economy and Tourism, followed by speeches from Dr Nicodemos Damianou, Deputy Minister of Research, Innovation and Digital Policy of Cyprus, and Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni, Executive Chairman of the DIEZ Authority. Over two days, the summit will feature panel discussions, fireside chats, workshops, and networking sessions, addressing critical themes in the global innovation ecosystem.
The agenda will focus on key sectors such as artificial intelligence, fintech, digital infrastructure, sustainability, and mobility, showcasing successful case studies from Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. The event will take place across three main stages: Blackout Stage, Plaza Stage, and Dtec Stage, with over 150 speakers and 10 thematic tracks, including Future Cities, The Age of Intelligence, Future of Money, and more.
Curated side events like investor meetups, innovation challenges, and networking mixers will complement the main sessions, fostering collaboration and deal flow across regional and international markets. A dedicated matchmaking platform will facilitate high-value, targeted meetings for founders, investors, and operators.
Dr. Mohammed Al Zarooni highlighted that the summit aligns with the vision to create an ecosystem where ideas evolve into impactful enterprises, supporting the Dubai Economic Agenda, D33, to double Dubai's economy and strengthen its global standing. Stylianos Lambrou, co-founder of The Doers Company and The Doers Summit, emphasized Dubai as a city of innovation, ambition, and progress, aiming to connect Europe, the Middle East, and Asia for collaboration and capital.
The DSO Run, a community event, will kick off the summit on 25th November, promoting fitness and networking. Participating companies include Delivery Hero, Waze, Airbus, Zoho, AWS, Google, META, and Oracle, with over 40 startups showcasing products and technologies.
The Doers Summit, held annually in Athens and Limassol, is one of the largest platforms in Europe, connecting startups, venture capital funds, investors, and enterprises from Central and Eastern Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
