Dubai: Emirates Auction, a leading organizer of public and electronic auctions in the Middle East, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Parkin Company PJSC, Dubai's largest provider of paid public parking solutions. The aim of the MoU is to develop joint services and create smart, innovative solutions that enhance efficiency and quality, opening new horizons for sustainable collaboration between the two entities.
According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement seeks to utilize the institutional, technical, and administrative expertise of both parties, aligning with the latest technological and regulatory developments. It underscores a shared commitment to delivering innovative services that align with their strategic objectives and address the needs of the market and the community.
The MoU was signed by Abdulla Matar Al Mannaei, Chairman and Managing Director of Emirates Auction, and Eng. Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, Chief Executive Officer of Parkin, during GITEX Global 2025. Emirates Auction participated as a Platinum Partner under the Dubai Government Pavilion. The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation, emphasizing the exchange of technical, administrative, and institutional expertise through joint workshops and training programs.
The collaboration aims to enhance existing services and introduce new initiatives based on technological solutions and smart systems. Key areas of collaboration include roadside support services, providing an integrated system for rapid response to vehicle breakdowns and traffic incidents. The partnership also involves organizing and managing online auctions for vehicles and various assets through digital platforms that ensure transparency and optimal market value. Additionally, it extends to providing specialized solutions for vehicle removal from parking facilities, utilizing innovative equipment and technologies.
The partnership includes knowledge and expertise exchange in the management and operation of parking facilities through technical studies and best practices, aiming to develop smart and sustainable systems, enhance traffic management efficiency, and support smart mobility initiatives in the UAE.
Abdulla Matar Al Mannaei emphasized that the MoU is part of Emirates Auction's commitment to strengthening partnerships with national institutions and developing integrated, smart services. He highlighted that the collaboration will play a key role in advancing electronic auctions and road and vehicle support services, in line with the UAE's vision of a digital economy.
