Dubai: The 10th edition of the Emirati Media Forum, hosted under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, along with H.H. Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture and Arts Authority, focused on the session titled "The Impact of Film and E-Gaming on the Future of Media".

According to Emirates News Agency, the session included Khalfan Belhoul, CEO of Dubai Future Foundation, and Issam Kazim, CEO of the Dubai Corporation for Tourism and Commerce Marketing, moderated by Abdullatif Alsayegh, CEO of Alsayegh Media. The discussion underscored cinema and e-gaming as significant elements of the creative economy, providing investment prospects and enhancing Dubai's status as a regional media hub.

Belhoul stressed the importance of utilizing AI to advance media strategies, while Kazim discussed initiatives to elevate Dubai's global presence through films and games. The panellists concurred that Dubai is committed to developing an integrated and innovative media ecosystem, balancing creativity with governance and identity, to position the city and the UAE as leaders in the global creative economy.
