The Minister of Fisheries, Muhammad Al-Zubairi, was briefed on the progress of the training course on developing services and simplifying procedures organized by the Ministry of Civil Service at the National Institute of Administrative Sciences.

Minister Al-Zubairi listened to an explanation from the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Muhammad Al-Qatbari, about the course, and objectives in it in a number of ministries, including fisheries.

During the visit, Minister Al-Zubairi stressed the importance of the course in developing the capabilities of state employees, in a way that contributes to developing work and improving the quality of services.
