Gold Prices Rebound as Dollar Weakens

Abu Dhabi:Spot gold prices rose by 0.5 percent to $4,132.66 per ounce early on Thursday as the dollar eased from its 18-month peak, aiding the metal's recovery from a two-month low.

According to Emirates News Agency, U.S. gold futures for December delivery also saw an increase, gaining 0.4 percent to reach $4,157.60.

In the broader market for precious metals, spot silver experienced a 0.4 percent rise to $60.36 per ounce. Platinum saw a notable increase of 1.8 percent, climbing to $1,660.05, while palladium advanced 1.6 percent to $1,142.00.
