Ajman: H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, along with H.H. Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Ajman Executive Council, evaluated the ongoing projects of the International Charity Organisation (ICO) in Syria. This review took place during a meeting held at the Ruler's Court with representatives from the ICO.
According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid commended the ICO for its ongoing dedication and strategic initiatives in Syria and globally. He highlighted the UAE's ongoing commitment to supporting friendly and brotherly nations through these efforts. The Ajman Ruler noted that the humanitarian projects undertaken by the ICO embody values of generosity and cooperation, demonstrating the UAE's civilised and humanitarian role in supporting causes of compassion and solidarity both regionally and internationally.
During the meeting, H.H. Sheikh Humaid received detailed information about the ICO's projects. This included discussions on target locations, timelines for implementation, and quality assurance measures. He stressed the importance of maintaining coordination with relevant entities to ensure the success and sustainability of these initiatives.
H.H. Sheikh Humaid instructed the ICO to increase its efforts in the upcoming period and to continue launching new initiatives. These initiatives are aimed at supporting affected communities, enhancing social and economic stability in targeted areas, and improving the living conditions of families in need. The briefing also covered the ICO's field visits to various Syrian governorates and its comprehensive humanitarian and charitable projects designed to address the urgent needs of the most vulnerable families.
