Mansour Bin Zayed Evaluates Strategic Labour Plans During MoHRE Visit

Abu dhabi: His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, visited the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE) to review strategic plans for the future of the nation's labour system.

According to Emirates News Agency, H.H. Sheikh Mansour was received by Dr Abdulrahman Al Awar, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, alongside senior officials. During the visit, H.H. Sheikh Mansour was briefed on the achievements of the UAE labour market and the success of Emiratisation initiatives.

H.H. Sheikh Mansour noted the growth indicators in the labour market reflect a national vision prioritizing human capital. He emphasized empowering national talent, legislative flexibility, and digital systems as essential for building a resilient and sustainable economy.

H.H. Sheikh Mansour commended the efforts of the Ministry in developing policies and initiatives. He highlighted the integration between government entities and the private sector, which enhances the competitiveness of the labour market and establishes a model for managing development.

The Ministry's innovative digital systems, utilizing Artificial Intelligence to improve governance and efficiency, were also showcased during the visit. Additionally, a presentation featured the "Emirates Skills" platform, a collaborative effort designed to forecast economic trends and identify skills for future jobs.

Dr Abdulrahman Al Awar expressed gratitude for the visit, stating it reflects the leadership's dedication to ensuring the UAE remains a premier global destination for work, living, and investment.
