Dubai: The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Knowledge Foundation (MBRF) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Bibliotheca Alexandrina (BA) in Egypt. This collaboration aims to develop joint knowledge initiatives that ensure easy access to educational content, particularly benefiting people of determination.
