Dubai: Moro Hub, a subsidiary of Digital DEWA, the digital arm of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services (DCAS). This partnership aims to enhance collaboration in digital transformation, smart solutions, and data-driven healthcare innovation.
According to Emirates News Agency, the MoU was signed by Eng. Marwan bin Haidar, Vice Chairman - Digital and Group CEO of Digital DEWA, and Mishal Abdulkarim Julfar, CEO of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, during the GITEX Global 2025 event. The collaboration signifies a move towards smarter and more efficient emergency medical services that align with Dubai's vision for a digital future and sustainability.
Moro Hub and DCAS plan to work together on strategic areas such as colocation and cloud hosting services, IoT and smart cities solutions, cybersecurity services, and advanced digital solutions. These efforts are intended to drive innovation and improve the efficiency of emergency healthcare services in Dubai.
The partnership aims to empower government entities with transformative digital solutions by leveraging data, cloud infrastructure, AI, and IoT technologies. This will facilitate the integration of advanced digital capabilities and streamline emergency operations to ensure high standards of healthcare delivery to the community.
Moro Hub and DCAS will also jointly focus on developing initiatives that enhance digital infrastructure, improve data integration, and strengthen cybersecurity measures, thereby fortifying the overall healthcare ecosystem in Dubai.
