Abu Dhabi: Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, received Maria Belovas, Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to the United Arab Emirates, at his Majlis in Abu Dhabi. At the outset, Sheikh Nahyan welcomed Ambassador Belovas, emphasizing the friendly relations and mutual understanding between the UAE and Estonia, and reaffirming the commitment to enhance bilateral cooperation across various fields.

According to Emirates News Agency, the discussion focused on strengthening collaboration in areas such as education, digital technology, innovation, and culture. The exchange of expertise in the digital domain was a key point of interest, as Estonia is internationally recognized for its leadership in this field.

The two sides also reviewed joint efforts to promote tolerance and coexistence, underscoring the importance of fostering dialogue among cultures and peoples to advance peace, understanding, and mutual respect globally.

Maria Belovas expressed appreciation to Sheikh Nahyan for the reception and commended the UAE's role in promoting tolerance and human fraternity. She affirmed Estonia's interest in expanding cooperation with the UAE in strategically important areas.
