Abu dhabi: Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, attended a reception in Abu Dhabi hosted by Ridi Kurtezi, the Ambassador of the Republic of Albania to the UAE, celebrating Albania's National Day. The event gathered notable attendees including Omar Rashid Al Neyadi, Director of the European Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, alongside several ministry officials, senior state figures, heads of accredited Arab and foreign diplomatic missions, business leaders, and members of the Albanian community in the UAE.

According to Emirates News Agency, during the event, Ambassador Kurtezi commended the leadership of President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan and highlighted the cooperation between the UAE and Albania. He expressed Albania's intent to deepen bilateral ties across multiple sectors. The ambassador emphasized the strong foundation of UAE-Albania relations, driven by a shared ambition to expand collaboration in all developmental areas.

Ambassador Kurtezi further mentioned the establishment of the UAE-Albania Joint Economic Committee as a testament to the enduring bilateral ties and the joint commitment to fostering economic growth.
