Abu dhabi: Mohamed Khalifa Al Mubarak, Chairman of the Department of Culture and Tourism - Abu Dhabi, announced that the opening of the Zayed National Museum in December 2025, coinciding with the UAE's 54th National Day, represents a historic moment in the nation's journey.

According to Emirates News Agency, Al Mubarak emphasized that the museum will serve as the anchor of the Saadiyat Cultural District in Abu Dhabi, embodying the UAE's identity, history, and ambitions. It will honor the legacy of the Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, and offer insights into the nation's values and achievements.

Al Mubarak highlighted that Abu Dhabi's cultural vision is rooted in two principles: culture as a bridge between societies and the importance of preserving heritage while embracing the future. The Zayed National Museum will complement other cultural institutions in the district, offering a unique narrative centered on the UAE's story and values.
