The Agency for Governance and Legal Affairs at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Holy Mosque and the Prophet’s Holy Mosque is supervising the implementation of more than 20 humanitarian and technical services, in addition to 160 initiatives and programs offered at the Grand Mosque during this Hajj season. The agency also measures departments’ compliance with 25 sub-operational plans for services.

The Director General of Internal Audit, Rayan Al-Adwani, explained that the services and initiatives provided by the presidency in service of pilgrims this year require constant follow-up to ensure effectiveness as stated in the operational plans for each department.
