Qatar Stock Exchange index added 82.07 points at the beginning of Wednesday’s trading, rising 0.80% to reach a level of 10,297 points compared to Tuesday’s closing session.

The positive performance of Qatar Stock Exchange is attributed to a rise in various sectors: transportation by 1.03%, industrial by 0.99%, bank and financial services by 0.73%, telecommunications by 0.61%, real estate by 0.56%, goods and consumer services by 0.32%, and insurance by 0.05%.

As of 10:00 AM, Qatar Stock Exchange recorded 3526 transactions worth QR 103.297 million, distributed to 51.705 million shares.
