Ras al khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, welcomed a delegation from the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah (RAKBANK) and Network International at his Palace in Saqr bin Mohammed City. The delegation was led by Mohammed Omran Al Shamsi, Chairman of RAKBANK's Board of Directors, alongside Murat €¡agri Szer, Group CEO of Network International, with numerous officials from both entities in attendance.

According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting provided an opportunity for H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr to gain insights into RAKBANK's key projects and current programs. H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr was also briefed on Network International's efforts in bolstering the financial sector through advanced payment solutions. These solutions aim to improve operational efficiency and expand digital transformation capabilities within banking and commercial institutions, fostering economic growth and accelerating innovation in the UAE's payments sector.

The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah emphasized the vital role of the banking sector in supporting the national economy and strengthening the business and investment environment. He lauded the National Bank of Ras Al Khaimah for its significant contribution to economic growth in the emirate through partnerships with public and private sectors and the provision of advanced financial solutions aligned with global best practices.
