Ras al khaimah: H.H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, today welcomed participants of the Global Tourism Leadership Programme, organised by the Government Experience Exchange Office in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, in collaboration with Dubai College of Tourism.

According to Emirates News Agency, discussions during the meeting centered on the role of Dubai College of Tourism in developing educational courses that enhance the UAE's status as a premier global destination for tourism and hospitality. The programme aims to prepare the new generation of leaders to effectively navigate the rapidly evolving tourism sector.

The Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah highlighted the commitment to advancing the tourism sector through innovative projects that diversify visitor experiences. He emphasized the importance of reinforcing Ras Al Khaimah's reputation as a globally recognised destination for tourism and hospitality.

Participants expressed appreciation for the distinctive projects underway in Ras Al Khaimah. They noted that these projects reflect a clear future vision and contribute to strengthening the emirate's position on the regional and global tourism map.
