Sharjah: The Sharjah Police Supreme Command Council convened its second meeting of 2026 on Monday. The session was chaired by Major General Abdullah Mubarak bin Amer, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and was attended by council members, department directors, and specialised officers.
According to Emirates News Agency, the meeting covered a range of topics aimed at enhancing security and institutional performance. A significant focus was placed on reviewing the Security Quality of Life Report from the previous year, along with various security and traffic-related issues. These discussions were part of efforts to improve service quality and strengthen operational efficiency, aligning with best security practices.
Major General bin Amer commended the contributions of all organisational and field teams. He highlighted the importance of an integrated approach to reinforce leadership in delivering security services, stressing the necessity of maintaining the highest standards of quality and institutional excellence in all areas of police operations.
