The Ministry of Migration and Displacement announced today, Tuesday, the return of the second batch of displaced persons from Sharya camp in Dohuk governorate to their original areas of residence in Sinjar district, Nineveh governorate, with more than 440 people.

The Ministry of Migration and Displacement media stated in a statement, “The voluntary return of the displaced to Sinjar comes as a continuation of the stabilization program for returning families, in coordination with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), security forces and local governments in the two governorates to ensure their safe return.”
