Abu dhabi: Humaid Mohammed bin Salem, Secretary-General of the Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FCCI), met with Dr. Oleksandr Balanutsa, Ambassador of Ukraine to the UAE, to discuss ways to enhance cooperation between private-sector institutions and companies in both countries. The meeting focused on reviewing bilateral trade and investment relations and explored methods to support and develop these areas to benefit the business communities in the UAE and Ukraine.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Secretary-General of FCCI highlighted the importance of advancing economic relations to meet the aspirations of business owners in both nations. He stated that the FCCI, through the UAE-Ukrainian Business Council, will work to activate and expand business partnerships, aiming to increase trade exchanges for mutual benefit.
The Secretary-General further explained that the UAE-Ukrainian Business Council will play a crucial role in strengthening cooperation between companies and institutions in both countries. This collaboration will enable them to benefit from shared expertise and learn about best practices, contributing to development across key industrial and service sectors significant to the economies of the two nations.
