Dubai: Dubai Holding, a global investment company with operations in over 30 countries, has introduced its Early Careers Programme aimed at attracting and developing high-potential talent in the UAE. This initiative seeks to cultivate a workforce prepared for future challenges and includes distinct entry points for students and graduates through its Internship and Graduate Programmes.
According to Emirates News Agency, the Early Careers Programme builds on the success of Dubai Holding's Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme by offering structured development opportunities. The initiative is aligned with Dubai Holding's strategy to create a future-ready workforce and empower upcoming leaders to excel in a rapidly changing economy. It provides immersive learning experiences, cross-sector exposure, and guided mentorship to support national talent development objectives.
The programme features two main tracks: the Internship Programme, which begins in June, and the Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme, which starts in August. The Internship Programme lasts up to 18 weeks and is designed for UAE-based undergraduate students, offering them real-world project experience, professional mentorship, and exposure to various industries. The Graduate Programme is a 12-month initiative focusing on leadership development through functional placements and a capstone project, welcoming recent graduates both from the UAE and abroad.
Fatma Hussain, Chief People Officer at Dubai Holding, emphasized the strategic importance of the Early Careers Programme. She highlighted the company's commitment to nurturing homegrown leaders who can drive sustainable impact across the UAE.
