Sharjah: His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree appointing the President for the Court of Cassation in Sharjah.

According to Emirates News Agency, the Decree stipulates that Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla will assume the role of President of the Court of Cassation. This appointment is under the special job classification system within the Sharjah government's judicial cadre and will be effective from January 1, 2026.
