Bissau: Abdullah Jassim Al Shamsi presented his credentials as the UAE Ambassador to the Republic of Guinea-Bissau to President Umaro Sissoco Embal³ at the Presidential Palace in Bissau. According to Emirates News Agency, Al Shamsi conveyed greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Presidential Court. These greetings included wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of Guinea-Bissau.
Al Shamsi expressed his pride in representing the UAE in Guinea-Bissau and emphasized his commitment to strengthening bilateral relations across various sectors.
President Embal³ reciprocated by sending his greetings to the UAE leaders, wishing for further development and growth for the UAE government and its people. He praised the strong ties between the two countries and expressed hope for Al Shamsi's success in his diplomatic duties.
