UAE Fosters Economic Growth Through Stronger Open Trade Policies: Thani Al Zeyoudi

Abu Dhabi: Dr. Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, announced that the UAE has signed new Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements with Kenya, New Zealand, and Malaysia. These agreements are expected to significantly enhance the UAE's economic growth and maintain the momentum of achievements projected for 2025.

According to Emirates News Agency, Dr. Al Zeyoudi emphasized that the UAE's business community is set to gain extensive commercial and investment benefits from these agreements. He highlighted the nation's ongoing efforts to expand its network of trade and investment partners, aiming to build developmental partnerships worldwide. The minister's remarks were made during the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week 2025, underscoring the UAE's commitment to open, rules-based trade.

Dr. Al Zeyoudi further elaborated on the UAE's strategic approach, stating that the country continues to implement policies that enhance global commercial and investment opportunities through its Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements Programme.
