Dubai Rental Disputes Centre Partners with Tableegh for Digital Judicial Enhancements

Dubai: The Dubai Rental Disputes Centre (RDC) has entered into a partnership with Tableegh Legal Notification Services LLC at GITEX Global 2025. This collaboration aims to enhance technological integration within the judicial sector, improve the digital infrastructure of legal services, increase operational efficiency, and provide a seamless experience for all stakeholders involved.

According to Emirates News Agency, the agreement was formalized with the signing by Mohammed Hamad Al Mahri, Director of the Central Support Department at the RDC, and Humaid Obaid Humaid Al Mansoori, Chief Executive Officer of Tableegh. The partnership is set to establish an electronic linkage between the RDC's judicial system and Tableegh's digital platform. This integration will facilitate the secure and precise exchange of case-related materials and judicial documents authorized by a judge, ensuring accuracy and reliability.

Judge Abdulqader Mousa Mohammed, President of the RDC, emphasized that the partnership aims to accelerate legal procedures, safeguard rights, and uphold justice. He stated that the agreement is designed to simplify the user journey and provide transparent, accurate, and swift access to services.

Al Mansoori highlighted that the collaboration reinforces their commitment to contributing to Dubai's digital justice ecosystem. He noted that the partnership will deliver secure and efficient solutions to streamline document delivery and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of legal notifications.
